It is a pity that the K Enterprises Ltd fraud or cheating, is the 1st one we met in our business.
In the vey beginning, they placed some order of some fabrics. They promised to pay upon receipt of faxed B/L. But when they received it, they said they were in a bad financial situation and could not pay.
This is absurd. Why not check your account before you place an order?

In such circumstances, we, Beta Textiles Co.,Limited was already in a bad sitation. It is not easy to ship back cargo already shipped abroad. If we want to do that, we have to pay freight and import duties. Think K Enterprises Ltd knows this pretty well and this is why they lured us into shipping.

But they need the cargo. Then they agreed to pay a small portian and signed a letter of gurantee to make sure money is paid before Dec 29,2009.
Based on such gurantee, cargo was released. Then, the crooks showed his true face. Up to Aug,4, 2010, nothing has been paid. They are trying to find all excuses possible not to pay.

Suppose they were really in a bad financial situation, they should at least tell us their payment plan. 5000 USD will not be so serious for us, we can extend the credit time.

Very unfortunately, they never agreed to pay and never showed any respect for their committment.

Our personal opinion is that if you really want to do business well, you have to be a decent person. If you are honourable and trustworthy, you get more support from people and this will help your business.

The calculation and consideration is beyond our understanding that K Enterprises Ltd is ready to lose his reputation for 5000 USD. As a result, we will suspect whether they can do well in any time in the future in business.
