At the request of our clients both in Norway and Canada, we developed the Polypro Merino Wool Dual Layer – real warm fabric. The fabric is a two layer fabric with Nylon 6.6 as the bonding yarn. By combination of the two most warm yarns, the fabric should be a real thermal.

Merino wool yarn is used as the outer layer as wool is itching if it touches the skin, while polypro is moisture conductive and antibacterial, it is good to be used as inner layer.

With super stretch and softness, it could be a perfect fabric for thermal outer layer.
